"It's the best decision I've made. After I found Annie, I found me." Leigh Ann J., coaching client
If you nodded at two or more of those, you're in the right place. You learned this early, and it worked for a long time. It's just wearing you out now.
You can breathe again. A little easier. A little deeper.
I feel like, for the very first time, that I don't have to people please to feel good inside. She's truly changed my life. And I'm only one month in.Rebekah A.
Because of Annie, I know I was a people pleaser, a massive people pleaser, but she helped me break that cycle and start a different life.Jenny B.
I'd done years of therapy... and had just come out at the age of 37. She listened to me, challenged me and cared for me in the ways I needed to break through some emotional and mental barriers.Jamie E.
Finding out I was a people pleaser, a fixer, always feeling guilt was a hard pill to swallow but that was the first step in my healing process. The people who know me well have noticed how much happier I am & more calm.Aimee R.
Instead of going through a midlife crisis, she helped me realize that I was going through a midlife awakening!Jen F., after the three-month program
It's the best decision I've made. After I found Annie, I found me.Leigh Ann J.
A 30-minute phone call. You'll leave with a clear next step either way.
I followed the script. I married young, built the career and did everything "right." All the while I was managing everyone else's feelings and quietly putting myself last.
When I finally came out, my daughter was one. I thought the hard part was over. It wasn't. Wherever you go, there you are. I carried the people pleasing, the guilt and the missing boundaries straight into my next relationship. Coming out didn't fix me. It just gave me a new place to disappear.
So I did the deep work. When Saige was four, I met Sam. Fifteen years later, we've built something honest, grounded and real. And Saige is off at college, happy, whole and loved.
Before coaching, I spent 15 years in public education as a teacher and school counselor, and I later practiced as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a BA in Psychology from Austin College and three master's degrees in Education, School Counseling and Professional Counseling.
I loved the work, but the traditional model kept me boxed in. Too often it meant talking about the pain instead of getting underneath it, and my license only let me help women in one state.
So I stepped outside it. Now I bring the depth of my counseling background together with tools that reach where talk alone can't: RIM, 9D Breathwork, somatic work and nervous system regulation. In practice, that means we rehearse the conversation you're dreading before it happens, and we work with what happens in your body when someone's upset with you, so you can stay steady and keep your word to yourself. And I get to work with women all over the world, wherever they are, whenever they're ready.
Now I help women stop performing, stop over-functioning, and finally breathe.
Three months to stop running your life around everyone else's feelings.
We work on what's actually happening in your life that week. The text you don't know how to answer. The holiday you're dreading. The relationship where you keep giving more than you get.
Word-for-word scripts for hard conversations, quick practices for the moment you feel yourself caving, and questions that help you figure out what you want.
Learn why your heart races when someone's upset with you, and how to calm it in the moment so you can stick with what you meant to say.
Once a month we look at what's changed. The no you finally said. The guilt that didn't show up. The conversation you didn't avoid.
Message me when you're about to cave, or when you finally didn't. You won't have to hold it all until next week.
Some reactions don't budge no matter how well you understand them. We work with the old memories behind them, so the knot in your stomach starts to loosen.
Peacekeeping and peace are not the same thing. One costs you. The other sets you free.
Picture next October if nothing changes. Another year of saying yes, keeping the peace and putting yourself last. Or three months from now, you could be on the other side of it.
Every client starts with a consultation, so we can make sure this is the right fit.
Fair question. Most of my clients already understood their people pleasing before we started. What changed things was practicing it every week, with someone checking in.
A lot of my clients have. Therapy helped them understand why. This is where we figure out what to actually say on Tuesday, when your sister calls asking for another favor, and how to keep your stomach from dropping when she pushes back.
Notice you're asking that about a $25 phone call. You'd book it for a friend without thinking twice. You get to have the same.
Tell me where it's hardest right now. Your mom, your partner, your boss, your own head. I'll tell you honestly what I see and what I'd do first, and you'll hang up with one thing to try that week.
If private coaching is the right fit, we'll talk about what that looks like. If it isn't, I'll tell you, and you'll still know what to do next.
Pick a time and book your $25 call.
We talk by phone for 30 minutes, honestly and without pressure. Outside the US? You'll get a Zoom link by email before the call.

Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us.
No. Some clients are questioning, some came out decades ago, and some are still figuring out what to do about a marriage. People pleasing shows up in all of those lives.
Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go, with practical tools to get there. My counseling background gives this work real depth, but coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. Some clients choose to work with both.
RIM (Regenerating Images in Memory) is a neuroscience-based method that works with the images and body sensations tied to old memories, so the emotional charge behind a pattern can shift. I'm an Expert Facilitator in RIM. 9D Breathwork is a guided breathwork practice that combines breath, sound and somatic awareness to release stored tension and support nervous system regulation. Both work alongside my counseling background, for the moments when talking alone hasn't been enough.
You'll get a confirmation email, then you'll book your first four weekly sessions so your time is locked in. From there, we get to work.
Yes. You can pay in full or choose three or six monthly payments. Paying in full includes a bonus RIM session and a bonus 9D Breathwork session.
