Who this is.

This Privacy Policy applies to anniemhenderson.com and any related services, products, programs, or communications operated by Annie M. Henderson (referred to here as "I," "me," or "Annie").

By using this website or signing up for any service, you agree to the practices described below. If something here isn't comfortable for you, please don't use the site.

What I collect.

I only collect what's necessary to deliver what you've asked for or what helps me serve you better. That includes:

Information you give me directly

• Contact details when you book a consultation, apply for coaching, join the membership, purchase a product, or email me. This includes name, email, and sometimes phone number.
• Payment information processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, BookFunnel, Kartra, etc.). I never store your full credit card details on this site.
• Coaching information you share during sessions or in intake forms. This is held in confidence and never shared without your written permission, except as required by law.
• Messages you send via email, contact forms, or social media.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data like pages visited, time on site, and approximate location, gathered through standard analytics tools.
• Cookies that help the site function, remember your preferences, and improve your experience.
• Device information like browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

How I use it.

• To deliver the coaching, membership, books, or services you've purchased or requested.
• To respond to your questions and communications.
• To send you content, offers, or updates if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the website and the work I create.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who I share with.

I do not sell your information. Period.

I do work with trusted third-party tools to run my business. These include email service providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms. They only receive what they need to do their job and are bound by their own privacy practices.

I may also share information when legally required, such as in response to a court order or to protect rights and safety.

Cookies and tracking.

This site uses cookies for analytics, performance, and to remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site may not work properly without them.

You have the right to:

Coaching confidentiality.

What you share in coaching is confidential. I will not share details from our sessions with anyone without your written permission, with these limited exceptions:

• If there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
• If required by court order or law.
• If you give explicit consent for testimonials or case studies.

Note: Coaching is not therapy. While I'm a former Licensed Professional Counselor, in my role as a Certified Professional Life Coach, I do not provide clinical mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed therapist or call/text 988 in the United States.

Children's privacy.

This site and these services are not intended for children under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
